If you're looking for the Fall into Romance Blog Hop - look just a little down the page - clues and info are in the previous post - and there's more on my website too.
But next up in the September Release Fab Four ladies from Indulgence is Hayson Manning with Winning the Boss's Heart. Hayson writes fun and flirty
romances with alpha dudes and sassy woman. She lives in Sydney with her lovely
sloth children, infuriating but much loved shoe-dropping husband, a tubby
opinionated cat (as if a cat doesn't ever have an opinion). There will often be
a foster dog parked on the couch waiting for their forever home. She loves a
good glass of wine, dreams of winning the lottery, cries while watching
Antiques Roadshow and is cannot speak she's sobbing so much by the end of
Undercover Boss. She is also an expert at finding new and inventive ways to
avoid exercise. Take it away Hayson!
Please describe your book in four words.
Heathcliff meets his un-Cathy.
Your four favorite indulgences
Wine. Turkish Delight chocolate. Serums
that promise I’ll look eighteen again. Deadliest Catch.
Name the four women/characters your hero would never date
Mason isn’t a big dater, but he’d never
date a chatter. He’d only date women who don’t want a commitment. He’d never
date a woman who wears her heart on her sleeve. He’d prefer to date a woman
who’d go for a formal restaurant dinner over a picnic lunch in the sun playing
‘name that cloud.’
Pick the four pickup lines your heroine would never go for.
Do you want your eggs over easy or
fertilized. (Doesn’t that make you shudder?)
It’s your lucky day. Out of all the girls
here I chose you to talk to.
I have a body part that is eleven inches
long. Wanna see?
Good news, the test results are negative!

Winning
the Boss’s Heart
Mason Christian has twelve weeks to flip
something old into something new, and then he's getting the hell out of
Footsteps Bay - a tiny New Zealand coastal town. Not even his temporary
secretary and personal assistant--the feisty, luscious Billie McLeod--will
deter him, but there's no denying she makes him feel alive. More alive than
he's felt in three years...
Billie has one dream: save enough money to finish
her degree. That's why she's agreed to work for hard ass,
all-business-no-pleasure Mason Christian--a man who has every intention of destroying
through modernization the town's most cherished historical home. Before she can
say 'see ya' she's signed on the dotted line and is contractually bound to be
Mason's forty-second assistant. But working with male perfection every day is
awesome with a capital A--as long as they can stick to a hands-off policy that
gets harder every day...
Reforming the Cowboy (oooo, cowboys :-) )
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading.
